The dog & pony show has received more than it’s fair engagement. The Senate is the jury, the Prosecution, in this case, the Democrat-led house FAILED by any reasonable legal or even moral definition to present a case that any crime was committed, much less one defined by our own Constitution as an impeachable offense. People cannot be found guilty when there isn’t clear evidence of crime, nor is it part of our governmental framework to have any duly elected representatives, whether they’re dog catchers or the POTUS fired from a job because of personality issues and disdain. Let’s move forward and let the Democratic Republic which we hold dear hold our political officials in check, just as it was laid out and intended in our founding documents. Votes to end the presidency of our 45th POTUS will be seen for what they are; petty, small-minded sour grapes emanating from decades-old quid pro quod for the impeachment of Bill Clinton coupled with pure prejudice.
