I am ashamed of our Senate voting against witnesses. In my mind all this tells me is that Trump is guilty. His lawyers and the Senate GOP have only said that this is a Democrat hoax. I have not heard any evidence at all that he’s not guilty. There is no evidence of that to begin with...first hand or otherwise. I have absolutely no respect for for Mitch McConnell and the whole Senate GOP. From Trump on down there is not one person in this administration that has earned one iota of respect so far, three years into this fiasco of a presidency. Trump is guilty whether he stays in office or not. He is a threat to our democracy and to the health and safety of everyone of the citizens of this great country. McConnell and all the other Republicans in the Senate are also a threat to our democracy. They have worked tirelessly to coverup for this man that resides in the WH. Perhaps it’s time to start the process of the saner amongst us to move to Canada or Australia or New Zealand. When Trump declares himself president for life I sure as hell don’t want to be around. I value my freedom and my family members have not served in the military proudly for this country to become a dictatorship.
