ABSOLUTELY Allow both sides to present whatever evidence they determined as germane. Every legal precedent that I know of allows for evidence, or additional evidence, as may be required to prove or disprove alleged accusations. To deny testimony from relevant witnesses would be considered contempt of court in any other setting, a breaking of Oath of Office to up hold the laws of our nation, and an affront to God. I hope that the Senators of North Carolina will represent me, and the Word of God. Proverbs 24:24-25 24 Whoever says to the guilty, “You are innocent,” will be cursed by peoples and denounced by nations. 25 But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come on them. Job 12:22 22 He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings utter darkness into the light.
