After watching the unfair impeachment inquiry in the House of Representatives, I side with the minority who voted not to impeach due to the 'kangaroo court' rules imposed by the majority with no bilateral support. The #RESIST Democrats' underhanded tactics were on full display in their attempt to impeach the President. The trouble is, they could not see the impeachment inquiry impartially. The Trump Derangement Syndrome affliction went unrecognized by those who had it and were hell-bent on impeaching the President with nothing but opinions and faulty testimony from 'witnesses' who proved nothing in terms of illegal actions by the President. Mitch McConnell has said that to be fair he will utilize the same rules and procedures utilized by the U.S. Senate during the impeachment of President Clinton in 1998. Once the articles of impeachment are presented to the Senate, the 100 jurors (Senators) will vote on how to proceed and to convict or not convict, just as President Clinton was tried for impeachment. Most of us recall how that trial went. And who can say that it was not fair?
