    Yes! As should Graham. They have already violated the oath that they have to make that they are impartial jurors determining removal based upon evidence and testimony provided in the trial. The Senate voting will also have to be based upon a majority or super-majority of non-recused, non-absent Senators and not a hard count of 50 or 66- otherwise their recusal would be meaningless. McConnell should also be replaced as the arbiter of Senate trial rules for the very same reason; that he has already stated that he has no intention of holding a fair trial, since he has already proclaimed that he has decided innocence.
