    As someone else has posted, leave the embassy; withdraw military assistance. I don't know why everyone is so excited about this unless they don't know their Middle East history. Iran and Iraq have fought wars and skirmishes before. We should have never gone into Iraq in the first place. Their lives haven't been the same since. I find it very ironic that the U.S., thanks to Carter, is the reason the Iranian people have the government today and everything it has spawned. Now, we want to help them regain their securlar freedoms. None of this has anything to do with Trump. As far as Afghanistan, you need to read pre-Trump non-fiction or the fiction based on factual people and events, Charlie Wilson's War.
