No. Just as we now recognize certain speech as hate speech against a certain group, and ban it, ... so, political ads should be fact-checked. To put out lies, and call it free speech ... it influences too many low-information voters. I know what I'm saying is against free speech and probably sounds privileged or snobbish, but I'm so tired of listening to lies which are called facts. If our population was more educated and could critically-think, I would be happier. It's not an even playing field when lies are not fact-checked or challenged.
