The fourth Democratic Primary debates are coming up fast. The next debate round will be held on October 15th in Westerville, Ohio. Here’s everything you need to know about the debates in order to watch and participate.

To qualify for this debate, candidates had to raise donations from 130,000 people and earn at least 2% support in four DNC approved polls. This debate provided lesser-known candidates a bit more time to qualify, and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) and billionaire Tom Steyer will be present at this debate after falling short in September.

Former Vice President Joe Biden enters the fourth debate as the front runner. He holds a narrow lead ahead of progressives Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders.

The big issues of the night will likely be health care, income inequality, education, climate change, immigration, mass incarceration, and the current POTUS.

Expect the candidates to frame many of the above issues as fundamental human rights issues.
