I back my daughter Billie Lynch in trying to get the statue of limitations taken away from child sexual abuse. Statue of limitations here in Michigan Violated her all over again by telling her it was to late we can't help you. The victim should never be told it is to late it is just wrong to do that. It protects the abuser not the victim
I love your daughter!

Abuse is an attempt to control the behavior of another person. It is cruelty pure. It is a misuse of power over others, which uses the bondage or chains of intimacy, trust and dependency to make the victim its used upon vulnerable. There are many types of abuse, one is the physical abuse, such as hitting, slapping, kicking using an object, a weapon , against a person. Than sexual abuse, forced sex in any form. The verbal abuse, many say words can't hurt you, ignore them. To these people I say, you are wrong, these spoken words can and have destroyed the victims of abuse. Then others, the financial abuse, maybe a man uses it against a wife, she has no money and is not allowed to have any. The abuser has total control and most times makes debts in the name of the abused, the abuser has the right to sell your possessions, et cetera. The isolation and the jealousy of the abuser, here the partner, it even goes so far, he locks you in. He controls your mail, your calls, he monitors you. You have to account to the abuser for all you did, done and do.
The psychological and emotional abuse. It is for many reality. By the abused, it causes depression, anxiety, and causes you to withdraw from everyone or everything around you. You have no contact with family, friends, than the abuser insults all those you have contact too, ridicules your beliefs, religion, your God, the abuser uses put downs to achieve his purpose. Than many have a form of play acting, he may abuse the partner, than threatens suicide when the abused wants to leave, than when you succumb to this, your a prisoner in your own home and it continues and when children are involved they are used to pressure the abused into accepting more abuse.
Abuse, defend yourself, its easy said, but do not accept it, search for help.
Working together we can stop abuse
Rape is a horrible crime against innocent victims and the scar can last a lifetime. We must stop it and punish those that commit it.
