My mother lost her battle to Ovarian Cancer on April 27, 2008. I wish there was more awareness for Ovarian Cancer like there is for Breast Cancer. I just don't think there is enough.
I had ovarion cancer in 2001 an thank god that I'm still here. I just had keep getting check and I just went trew my 3 surgery for ovarian cyst this time they remove all my left ovary until now the cancer hasn't come back =).
Very happy for you, my dear friend! Regular check ups are the most important part on this process not matter what is better to treat at early stage than wait to the last minute when is to late.
I was really lucky in 2001 when they had told me cancer was spread n thought that it i wasn't going to make it. god gave me another chance to be here that y i thank him he my number 1 hero :)

My mother passed away from ovarian cancer when I was 9 it was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through and I want to help find a cure if heaven forbid I do end up getting ovarian cancer or worse my daughter.
