I was a nurse in Vietnam. In 1973 my daughter was born with Downs Syndrome. It is not recognized as caused by agent orange. Recently I saw a article on the dramatic increase of Downs Syndrome in Vietnam after the war in the areas around Bien Hoa Near where I was stationed for the first half of my tour.
