The cause for a cure for MS might be to late for me but not for the next generation. It is a disease that has taken my career, activites I used to enjoy and mobilty at times and the list gors on. People need to know more about it so we can have drugs under thousands of dollars..... I WANT A BETTER LIFE!

I totally get you Lisa... I had to resign a job I loved as a physician assistant and not work at all . I went from a person who lived working in my flower beds, playing tennis, swimming, bike riding and all other outdoor activities!!!! And it is a constant worry in my mind about the insurance the meds the doctor visits etc...... My poor husband works 3 jobs to keep up with all that I have to take and the things I cannot do. I pisses my off that we can't figure a better system for this...

I Ono they are working hard for a cure BUT in the meantime do we have to pay outrageous prices for maintain meds and depression meds, MRI's , blood work , CT SCANS ETC........

I live with MS everyday and was diagnosis in 1992..I thank god everyday that I'm able to get around, work and do just about anything I want to do..eyesight is not the best but I make do...I've always said I'm one of the lucky people with MS and that is because I'm able to do the things I do...I will always keep pushing the limits and I will be 63 Feb 18th of this year....
