The Arts are as important as oxygen to your lives!
When there is no one around you to play art with you as a little child... it is good someone does at school, so that the child can realise that art is an other way to express oneself and a other form of cleverness / intelligence and sensitivity. <3 :)

My daughter is full of life and possibilties when she sings, makes music with her Sax, or Kapa Haka maori culture. KiaKaha Koutou Katoa - Be Strong Everyone.
I loved it when the music teacher rolled the piano into ourclassrooms in grade school. I honestly cant imagine a well rounded education without music, Art and plays.

I was an art teacher and can't even begin to tell you how much of my own money I put in to fund my program.
I enjoyed the arts from Kindergarten through highschool and it was a great place to express myself. It also gave me an area where I could challenge myself at something that actually made me want to be at school.
The arts are a part of our genes it is the creative part without this training in school we will breed ignorance in our children.
