Thy Womb continues to gather international acclaim even as we speak. Festivals & critics all over the world awarded & held this film in high esteem especially the lead as acted brilliantly & majestically by the great Superstar Nora Aunor. It is only right in full conscience to bring Thy Womb to the 2014 Oscars for consideration in the Best Foreign Language Film category. My fervent hope is that The Film Academy Of The Philippines will make sure that Thy Womb will be chosen as the country's official representative to the 2014 Academy Awards & allow the power of this simple and yet profound film to do what it does best--Astound and Amaze those who have seen it. Thank You.

Thank you Don Zandro for initiating this endeavor. I really believe, because of Superstar Nora Aunor, ThyWomb is fitted to be our entry in next year's Oscars.

Thy Womb: a quiet film that speaks loudly to the mind and heart. The visually arresting images get stuck in memory long after the last scene turned into complete darkness. Locally made but globally relevant. A very noteworthy film for the whole world to see. Indeed a Philippine pride. Very well deserved to be an Oscar contender! Please let us make this happen. Thank you.
