Wow a tavern assoc sounds like a small biz org, must be backed by the big boys, a sham org. Ironic, the small craft brews is all I'll drink anymore
The MTA seeks to use the legislative process to create an unfair business environment
I say let the people have what the people want.. let's not put these mom and pop brewers out of business this is America right!!!! The land of opportunity unless someone changed the our bill of right or may I say twisted it... Good luck people
Why anyone would want to pass more legislation to hurt small business and the jobs that they create is beyond me. Legislators should be working on lifting regulations in this state instead of creating more.
Thanks Darin for sharing this

Time to take action! HB 616 is a death sentence to the small craft breweries many Montanans and our guests have come to love, and would severely limit new start ups.
Please take the time to sign the petition. Tony Herbert, executive director of the Montana Brewers Association will be presenting our case Tuesday, March 26th. Let's give him a long list of folks who think Breweries and the communities who frequent them shouldn't be messed with! Listen up Helena, "No" to HB 616.
Sign the petition to prevent HB 616 from becoming law. We love our craft brew!
Pehaps the MTA can take their sour grapes and open up a winery instead of trying to stiffle Montana Breweries. They do seem to like wine...
Thanks Michael Chilcoat!

Who's sponsoring this? What special interest is at work? Is this anti drinking or big brewers like coors, miller & anheiser Busch out to squash the competition?
Montana Tavern Association, they are trying to limit the competition. These smaller breweries are cutting into their profits.
