And they help the ones that don't need help that are perfectly fine to work healthy lazy people. And thouse people that don't need the help get a check every month and. Help with food rent gas .. all that but thouse with disab. Problems don't get the help they deserve and need .

Unless a government is a just and fair government, it is no government at all. We take care of our children, we do not hide them away as was done in the age of Joe Kennedy because his daughter was less than perfect. We love our children and give them the best life we can. Unfortunately, there are times when we, taxpayers, are able to provide the total cost of the care that is given to the same children of non-tax paying families. Give us the just and fair treatment, help us provide the best...

I have worked with mentally disabled for 17 yrs. and this cut is ridiculous! There are soo many other places I'm sure the gov't could find to cut..but just like NY, it cuts from the bottom, not the top again! these people do not deserve this!

I have ALREADY BEEN DENIED AFTER 3 SURGERIES AND 14 years of CHRONIC PAIN all because, I was honest and kept thinking I would get better, when I realized I wouldn't and I really needed it , for lack of points. I did not even know about this. You seem to have to be an attorney just to even get it. I have a lifetime of being penniless to look forward too. Really makes ya want to jump out of bed and the greet every day with a smile. (That would be of course if I could jump, or smile for that...

(That would be of course if I could jump, or smile for that matter) They have already made a mockery of this system. I was told by my pain management Dr yesterday that he would give me more med for the pain, but then I would be over the Work Comp "guidelines" (would love to know who made those) and that they could take all pain med away forever and for good. I wish someone could explain to me how this is not BREACH of contract. I signed a contract for lifetime care...but I don't get enough care and never will. I have seen an AME DR twice and he has said give her her med and what she needs , she is in pain. ( I was told his is the final word) Apparently NOT TRUE! They make the rule up as they go along, while I dutifully jump through every hoop put in front of me. How can they do this to people? REALLY...How can they? They have turned a nice loving person into an bitter angry (but still loving thank GOD) person.
