These people involved in killing using a helicopter etc. are NOT afraid of the wolves. They are getting high off of the "feeling of power and dominion over these animals".

I am from Wisconsin and most of the people here do not want to use dogs against wolves or hunt wolves at all, it's the DNR aka..hunter's club that wants to do this which is totally wrong. We having a meeting with the DNR on 2/26 or 2/27 about itddd

When they run out of wolves where do they go next? Perhaps the local school or shopping mall to fulfill their blood lust.

then why do we hunt many different animals such as rabbits? if were so afraid, were actually helping the wolves out, would you rather starve to death over a 30 day period, or be harvested with in a couple of seconds? and if the wolf population was in any danger the hunting would be shut down.

The area where I deer hunt, Iron County, no longer has squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, very few deer, ect ect. What it does have is wolves, lots of wolves. Residents regularly complain of losing their pets. Wolves have no natural predators, hunting is the only safe way to thin the packs , unless you'd rather have folks using poison bait. A few, very few hunting permits a year will not wipe out the wolves, just as thousands of deer hunting permits have not wiped out the deer. Folks, it's...

As a Native American these wolves are my brothers and sisters, this is murder to me, I see NO justification for any hunt. Are you allowed to hunt your family members, or if you shoot them would you be charged with murder? So to you will be judged by the Creator.

Dan who the hell are you trying to fool? The reason a lot of these animals are not around is because you killers hunt these animals! You just made yourself look so stupid.

These are God's most magnificent & beautiful creatures, & this practice is cold hearted, brutal, & barbaric, & a total sin towards the Almighty's marvelous creations. God will punish those who mistreat his wonderful creatures, for this is a total act of downright evil, & the Lord will not tolerate evil, & ugliness.

Bob Stickel

They were here first. We invaded their homes. If it was the other way around people would see that they are just protecting their home range and pups. Just because we don't understand them doesn't mean we have to kill them. There is room enough on this earth to live together.

I agree. We build on THEIR land and construct farms on THEIR homes and then we want to kill them? Greed is the root of all evil and all this bloodshed of innocents is blatant proof..

All of these killings are done for sport. People hire helicoptors and fly over the mountainous forests and shoot wolves from the air. These wolves are not harming anyone or any property or any farmed animal! What's with that? We have spent so much money to reclaim the wild wolf population and then turn around, when they are coming back from the brink of extinction, and slaughter them!

The wolves are part of a huge food web, take them away and see what happens.. No one has the right to kill all the wolves, just because they "hunt" the farmer's livestock. STOP this NOW!

Will Brand
Will Brand

the reason there going after livestock is because there are to many wolves and not enough food so you take 100 wolves out of the situation nothing happens to the other wolves and the wolves don't go after the farmers livestock.

Yeah they think this is all good, until one of the dogs gets bit by a wolf then comes home and bits a human and they get infested with some kind of disease! Then what dummies! Why anybody would risk the life of their dog is beyond me. These so-called hunters with their traps and torturous ways, why don't you fight the wolves with your bare hands, um CHICKENS! Cause you know they will tear you apart! Would they do the same to protect their young? Leave them alone and shoot cans or something,...

Animals in this world don't have a chance with freedom, just because they are wild animals doesn't mean they are criminals. yes I agree. Coyotes though are another story. They will kill and eat anything they can attack and they easily kill deer. There are stories of them carrying off babies and cats and dogs by easily jumping a fence. Wolves will not come around humans and don't attack them unlike the black and brown bear.

Abigail Winston

Coyotes are another story. They keep rabbits under control. Without them, rabbits destroy grazing land. This hurts sheep herders. Killing off the top predators in any ecosystem destroys the balance of that system.
