He was taken because he LOOKS like a pit bull? How ridiculous, you don't blame the breed, it's the human that makes a dog mean. Return him to his family.

That is not a PBS which shows how arbitrary BS discrimination is. Spend your time going after the dog fighting human trash if you want to seriously change things.

Bobo was seized because they THINK he looks like a pitbull? Are you freakin' kidding me? So what if he, in fact, IS a pitbull? This has to be one of THE most ridiculous things I've heard in quite some time! Talk about racial profiling! RELEASE BOBO BACK TO HIS FAMILY..... IMMEDIATELY!

The city of San Francisco has repeatedly broken the law by animal abuse of Charlie the dog. The SFACC kept Charlie penned up in a small cage for 10 months with no sunlight, no exercise, abusive treatment by staff. The city of San Francisco has repeatedly broken the law by animal abuse of Charlie the dog. The SFACC kept Charlie penned up in a small cage for 10 months with no sunlight, no exercise, abusive treatment by staff. All this because SF had it out for his owner David, for whatever reason, I don't know. It was never really said by SF what David did. However, they have decided not to euthanize Charlie (which they were going to do the first day after they impounded him), and was supposed to send Charlie to a shelter that he approved of, but that never happened. They whisked Charlie off to an unknown place and to this day have not told David where he is. They also refused to let David see Charlie from the first day. There's a lot more to this story, but suffice it to say that SF spent an inordinate amount of money to make sure David didn't get him back. The truth is that a park ranger rode his horse in a designated off-leash dog area when he knew that from past experiences, the horse would spook the dogs. I just want to go on record as stating that the city of SF, the judge, the asst. prosecutor and the ACC conspired to keep Charlie from going back home, where he belongs. He has a loving family, he has never been violent, ever, but because he never saw a horse before, he chased after him and nipped his leg and a small place on his stomach. We all know if pits want to hurt an animal or a person, they latch on with their strong jaws and don't let go. That wasn't the case here. These officials broke the law in order to get what they wanted and that was vengeance against the owner. They should be jailed for their corruption and mistreatment of Charlie, a dog who has no say for himself. This case reminds me of Bobo's case....when will justice prevail. There needs to be an organization that oversees how these animals are treated by law enforcement officials and ACC staff.

Bobo should be released to his family. All my friends sign this petition, it's my birthday wish. My birthday is on march 20.
