PLEASE EVERYONE SIGN AND SHARE! lET'S STOP THIS MADNESS OF BRANDING EVERY DOG WHO FOLLOWS THEIR NATURAL INSTINCT BEING LABELED AS DANGEROUS! WE LIVE IN A LITIGIOUS SOCIETY, AND EVERYONE EXPECTS PERFECTION. BUZZ IS JUST A DOG, NOT A VICIOUS DOG! JENNIFER NEEDS TO GET OVER HERSELF!

I'm so sorry Kathy. Your dogs are so beautiful and I know that you are so proud of them. This has to be a dog lovers nightmare!

I am his petsitter....and Buzz is NOT a dangerous dog-nor should he be labeled as one. PLEASE HELP HIM and sign this petition....He is a herding breed & what he did was not w/malice. It is just not right!
Please help keep "my boy" from being mislabeled!

I am so tired of these knee-jerk reactions by humans. When are people going to get educated on how to behave around animals so to avoid these incidents? Too many innocent animals are being put to death because of people's histrionics.

I adopted a shelter dog that herded my kids all the time, mostly if they were going too near the road while playing outside. She also herded my cat when he tried to get off the porch, etc., and I was grateful for her efforts! I believe this is a natural, protective instinct that does not cause any serious injury. Buzz sounds like he was herding, not hurting anyone...

This was nowhere near an attack. It was a dog being a dog. The next thing will be when a dog looks at someone and they perceive that the dog is getting ready to attack. Ridiculous!

This is most disturbing to me b/c I have had dogs my entire life. Any animal, esp. dogs, are so committed & loyal to their parents that they may at times be spooked or feel fear or simply overwhelmed which causes them to react differently in every situation. For every action there's a reaction....if people don't want to interact with OUR BEST FRIENDS....THEN BUY YOU ABOUT 100 ACRES AND GET GHOST.....just saying...look @ the big picture.

I have a blue heeler and he is a herder also...he wouldn't hurt a fly. This is a very misunderstood breed!

I have a Blue Healer and a boy on a bike about 15 years old came into my garage (did not know him) while we were in there. He saw our surfboards and wanted a closer look. When he came into the garage, our Healer started hearding him and nipped his ankel. (looked like a scratch). His parents called animal control and they put our healer on a 10 day quarantine in our home (was his first offense). After 10 days they came back and did an evaluation and that was it. One of the girls that works in animal contol is named Miss Cason, she is very nice and reasonable. Have known her for many years. Try and reach out to her and if you need to contact me, please message me on facebook! Good luck and I'm sorry this happened to you!
