This is a matter of education. Of course wages are less in RTW states. See your local state legislature. Unfortunately, as H.L. Mencken noted "Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public".

This is pretty false on all claims. I particularly like the part that mentions unions are forced to negotiate and bargain for people not paying dues to the union. What it fails to mention is that under federal law, it is entirely the choice of a union (no one else) to decide if it is going to be the sole representative labor organization of an establishment, or if they will be an open-market union. If they choose to be a monopolistic representative, then yes, they must cover everyone. If...

If they allow other labor organizations to take part at that same establishment, then they may choose to simply represent their own members. Of course they never choose the first option because that would mean less income for them, and prior to RTW, there was no risk since they knew they could still mandate dues from non-union members. If you're going to post something like this, perhaps you should provide all of the facts...It is inaccurate, or flat out erroneous assertions such as these that are the very reason that labor membership will drastically fall come March. If labor organizations took more pro-active action in actually representing their members, people might actually welcome them. I invite you to do a little of your own research and demand to see the breakdown of what your money actually goes to. Don't forget, shouting your opinion the loudest and more frequently than others in no way means you have the opinion of the majority. I laughably welcome your attempt for this petition, and look forward to seeing the results of individuals' true feelings come March when there is no risk to leaving a union at their employment.

When unions have the ability to sway elections with their 100's of millions of DOLLARS of political donations, that is just so socialistic. I didn't vote for change because I could spell it!

The unions were out spent by Billionaires like the Koch Brothers and Sheldon Addilson, Carl Rove, and big business. If one looks at the public disclosure reports, the right wing nut jobs out spent unions by about 3 to 1. Unions are supported by working people, not big money.

You should probably state what it is that you want repealed so those of us that don't memorize the taft hartly act can know.

If we had a "14B" Federal tax Law, even fewer would support their country and eventually the USA would disappear. You can find more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-to-work_law

The right-to-work-for-less laws are an example of government regulation.

We need to remove more government regulation - like 14(b) of the Taft-Harley act allows.

Remind all of your anti-government-regulation friends about this.

I can't believe this is an issue! With all the deregulation, wall street deception, and big bank theft. We go to the working class to pay the bill! Just a note we are not going to held responsible for their greed....
