If a man rapes then they should cut off his penis.

the sexual culture of today keeps this going on and on and on..having no penis means they will attack us in other ways. We need to change the violence from the inside out. RESPECT ...all people.

i agree Ronnie, but rape isn't about the penis, barbara you're right they will use something else because rape isn't about sex at all its about control. but i'd still enjoy cutting off thier penises :)

What kind of animal instinct exists in man...in becoming a rapist never puts up a ban...a death penalty for them is much too slow...it hardly takes a second to die on the gallow...punishment should be brutally cruel for each man to know...the next time he arises to make an assault...evading to find an escape for his fault...he would be castrated in front of public eye...none to hear his shout of heart cry...even the Lord would like to see such people suffer and die..

Rape is mostly but by no means exclusively by men. Thanks for getting involved.

Yes, Andrew. And women who use force or who coerce young boys (or girls) should by convicted also. And perhaps in our societies it is even more difficult for a boy or a man to speak out and get help and justice when it happens to them.

That's true, all the science supports that it is different. I wouldn't know about more difficult? Thanks for signing.

think of the men who are raped in prison but according to law in new york its not rape. it goes both ways. they need to change the law to rape is rape no matter what gender it happens to. and what hole they violate has nothing to do with it! its all rape...

That is most definitely true! It's time we stop deciding who is a victim based on the victim and based on laws that say violating a person is rape always.

Gender roles have broken down somewhat in forty years but many have yet to learn women are not property to be used at will. Men must feel an extra shame in that they are forced to feel they may be not only weak but homosexual.

Lydia, I'm happy to see the beautiful smile on your face in spight of the terrible injustice your peers decided during the trial of the officer who took power into his own hands and raped/wronged on of the citizens he was sworn to protect. Continue living your life to the fullest and be the best woman, teacher and person God planned your life to fullfill. You are an example of courage ans strength. Thank you.

I agree but what if your rapist is your mothers son like mine was? He raped me as a child & as an adult. My nephew & my sister his mother where witness. Iv never received a sorry or a Thankyou. Just blame v's shame. I couldn't have won either way yet its him they speak to. I was on iv drugs for yrs to cope & now im nobody. Something has to be figured out tho. Thankyou for supporting us all with your comment as this truly helps me more than any therapy has.

Its rape. No question. No ifs, ands, or buts. My advise to you to ensure this never happens again, get a gun. Nothing says don't rape me quite like pointing a Glock 21 at your assailent.

rape is a crime no matter where the person violates another. saying no is not enough, from experience, rapists don't listen.
