NATIONAL PARKS are good places for concerned and COMMITTED people to take a STAND and say 'It has to START here'. The line in the SAND. The point where we say that Nature IS more important than 'convenience' and NOT let our Parks be buried in the detritus or our so-called 'civilization'. There is literally NOplace- not even a far-flung island in the middle of nowhere- where one can escape the floating and beached leftover mess of a 'throwaway' society- ie, the chapsticks, razors, lighters,...
