I am old now and I deeply regret having participated in trapping, 70 yrs later. The visions of my inflicted agonies and inhumanity plague me still as few others of my sins do. To those who still trap, stop it. If you don't regret it yet, you will… grievously. To those who work to stop it, keep up the good fight and recall that we are still in an "awkward phase" in human development, but change is inevitable.

Seabury, at least you are speaking out against this now. Too late for some animals but maybe will change a few minds out there. We learn from our mistakes. I'm going to borrow your comment if you don't mind, with credit to you. Other trappers should see this and I think you ARE trying to get the word out.

Do the traps come with reading instructions for anything or anybody who you do Not want to catch in the trap. Is there a recording that can sense it when children at play come around? Are we back in the Middle Ages?

If you stop the wars and get the Vets home by making a Happening in Cleveland at the First Energy newly named NFL Football Stadium, bigger than Woodstock ever dreamed of -- out of this world and take care of suicides, prisons, homelessness, hunger and general degradation of humanity by humanity --- maybe we can stop the wars and have a PEACE ACTION. Listen to WCSBradio.org out of Cleveland, 89.3 FM on the dial (216) 687-3515 --- you have a voice in America via Cleveland, Ohio, Rock and Roll...

Yes The number of unintended animals like feral cats will be large! Not to mention trapping is a horrible way for any animal to suffer! I will not stand by and let Polk County step back into the dark ages. I will fight this!
