As the mom of a child who was born 12 weeks early, it is absolutely critical that these parents spend as much time as possible with these babies! It does make a difference - a difference to the infant and the parents!
Thank you so much for your support!!!
Everyone at Willow creek NICU is so amazing. My precious twins had TTTS kept in til 34 weeks because of the amazing MFS at Northwest and Dr Lin and Dr Eagle and their team of APNs and nurses helped my babies and us during such a hard time. I would have been a wreck if I couldn't have been there 24 hours a day! Please support this!
Thank you for your kind words and support!
This is the most important aspect to the health and safety of both the baby and family.
I agree! Thank you for your support!
God Bless You and this great work to help our families~Amen!
Thank you for you kind words and your support!
I've been here & I know just how important it is to be there. Its a very scary time. My little boy was 12 weeks early. It made such a difference being able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House to be able to be there for him. Thank you everyone for signing & forwarding this petition. The other parents & babies as well as myself appreciate it!
Thank you for sharing your story and your support!
Staying with our son was the most important.....to be able to talk with him and hold his little hand to let him know we were there I know gave him comfort n strength.
It makes all the difference in the world! Thank you for your support!
My son was born premature and he was in the NICU it is an amazing place. Everyone is so nice and it makes you feel at ease. The things they do for the children is just amazing. I am thankful everyday for the one my son was in, he is happy and healthy and doing wonderfully. Please sign this, so that other families can benefit from it.
Thank you for your story and your support!
I myself had a very tiny critcally ill infant, he was in the Hospital for over a month... He was many miles awY from me so i didn't get to see him and bond with him as much as i wanted... but hes home now... he's two month and finally 7lbs... :-) Im so happy and proud of my littlest trooper...
What a success! So glad to hear he is doinh well...wish you could have been closer to him during the process. Thank uou so much for your support!
I need more information on this Petition before I sign it.....I don't think Kate would have survived without being in LR. Although Willow Creek is a good NICU...there are things that LR has that they just don't. I would have stayed in LR for as long as she needed to be there....although it was hard to be away from home, being where she needed to be was more important.
We do, and would continue to ship infants to LR if they needed services we couldn't provide, such as surgery, etc. However, if hid is pushed through, ALL INFANTS LESS THAN 28 WEEKS GEDTATION WOULD HAVE TO BE SHIPPED, regardless of whether or nog Willow Creek could meet their needs.... and we care for plenty of. 22-28 week premies now....
my daughter spent a week in PICU at CHAD (childrens hospital at dartmouth) this month and ill tell you I couldn't have left for any reason when she seen mommy and daddy you could tell that sheneeded us there ths is a great petition all should sign.
I hope she is well...thank you for sharing and for your supoort!!!
