I do agree, as it happened to me years ago! I also would like to add that for native fathers as their non-native partners do use the court in the same way against them. It happens in Northern Canada. All my relations!

I may not be native, but, the native people were the first people here in Canada, and they have rights too! The same rights the rest of Canadains have!

They should be the ones making the laws. I feel thoroughly ashamed of my ancestors taking any land they fancied and enforcing their own laws on the native people, taking their assets and leaving them bereft. Arrogant bullies - no change since then. Makes me sick to my stomach. Good luck all.

Corporations turn everything from human beings to the natural world, into commodities they ruthlessly exploit until exhaustion of death. The massive redistribution of wealth under the Child protective Services happened because lawmakers and public official permit it to happen.

Canadian governmental and corporate ties to “the best interest of the child” have endangered the family unit for hundred years. This is not new. It is a repeat of the forced institutionalization of native children in the 1930th, 1940th , and 50th followed by a systematic abuse and torture of 1000’s of children know at the Duplessis orphans, and now to the present circle of destruction being repeated under the Child Protective Services in our new modern world of “Child Exploitation”.
Our governments have given comfort to our enemies, and endangered Canadian family safety to please corporate bigshots targeted for campaign contributions.
This is how The Child Protective Services (Children’s Aid) Administration Undermined the Canadian Family Safety.

Children with No Name.
Invisible deaths under the supervision of Children’s Aid (Ontario only).
• 2006 - 83 children.
• 2007 – 90 children.
• 2008 – 105 children.
• 2009 – 120 children.
• 2010 – 105 children.
• 2011 – 109 children In six year 612 under an agency that is getting billion to keep our children safe.

Please note the following statistics can be found on our provincial and federal websites. In the same six year period 162 Canadian soldiers died in a war zone in Afghanistan.

The moment I saw this petition I knew the victims would be Native Americans! The reason I knew this is because I witnessed the racism against the Indigines when I was in the Strategic Air Command stationed up on the Canadian Border above Montana, in Western Canada, where the Great Plains tribes dwelled. I had just left the racist, segregated, American South but the way the Native Americans were treated by whites was worse than blacks were treated in Racist Florida. They were very good to...

I had just left the racist, segregated, American South but the way the Native Americans were treated by whites was worse than blacks were treated in Racist Florida. They were very good to us...especially the ladies. I am surprised to discover that they are still doing foul shit to the Native people over half a century later! I will gladly sign this petition!

Child removals were supposed to be "removed" with the ending of Residential Schools! They shouldn't even be happening now! :-(

Does everyone not realize that we have to change our views in all this - it's much bigger issue. Number one, Canadians of aboriginal descent must 1st stand as canadians of Aboriginal descent, just as I am a Canadian of French descent and stand proud to say it. It's no longer about land or rights anymore - its about leadership and a united canadian Nation to change Canada's leadership path with a real, up to date 2013 Leadership Plan.

It is 4 us all to stand up together as Canadians. The political world or government world don't dictate -politians do with words of deceit! though our prime minsiter is a very good political businessman, he or the political world do not foot the bill 4 a people leader.
