Its pure corruption of the heart when anyone in a position more powerful than those who aren't whether man or animal think they can dispose of or cause their extinction because they or it doesn't provide monetary gains. No human has has ever or will ever create another living being; therefore everything that was here and still has the GOD given right to exist here until GOD says their time is complete. Not humankind. We were placed here as a caretaker of the other creations of GOD .

you are targeting other Races, who are simply trying to live their lives. Is your culture ok then for them to kill animals and sell them worldwide?

Hamburger meat is animal meat. Save bears but slaughter cows pigs poultry sheep?....this doesn't make sense. Watch some videos on factory farming. You'll never buy meat again.

Fur-bearing animals sustained life in our ancestors. If not for these furs we would not be here. The White man, anyway. Tropical man would survive but it is the White man complaining. I don't know about right and wrong, only what is ! D. Buschman

I agree, fur helped our ancestors... but we are here today and thanks the technology we are no longer living in the stone age, gore-tex works much better for that purpose and we don't need to kill animals anymore. If we do, it's just for our vanity.

I am ashamed to be Canadian these days. The Canadian Inuit use polar bear for food and clothing but other than that, stop all slaughter.

The Inuits can use other sources of food until this crisis passes. Are there no grocery stores in Canada in which they can obtain food, by dog sled if necessary? What will the Inuits do when they have killed off all polar bears?

The Inuit have been using Polar Bear as a food source for thousands of years. It is not their fault this is happening. It is a fine balance. If only the Inuit were killing bears there would be balance. But there is too much killing for sport. The Inuit are a very poor people. The cost of food and supplies are outrageous up north. We might pay $5 for a gallon of milk, they pay $14. When one lives off the land how does one earn money to buy groceries? It is the melting of the ice caps that ...

It is the melting of the ice caps that causes the most devastation because the bears feeding ground is disappearing. So the crisis will not stop until we stop using fossil fuels. Don't blame the Inuit, blame ourselves.

Canada is such a wonderful country in so many ways... If they could just show the world by example how to save these beautiful creatures and also stop the horrors against seals

And recently in Internet there was a photo showing a sector of the Danish coast where people were killing scores of dolphins! A terrible sight! And what was even more awful was that it happened in one of the most civilized European countries!!!
