This is great to honor the angels and the heroes of Sandy Hook. May we never forget the lessons of Sandy Hook and Columbine and so many other places - but for me here is the main lesson this isn't a gun issue but a spiritual issue. Why cant we have 20 or more minutes where students can nurture their spiritual side. Whatever religion you practice 20 minutes to pray, meditate or focus you energies somehow on the spiritual side of you- this is what's missing from modern culture.

I observed a moment of silence for the precious lives lost. And I still support the 2nd amendment.

My thoughts & prayers go out to all those whose family members, children, moms, sisters, were victims on this tragedy. However, I do not believe the real problem here is gun violence, the focus should be mental health and addressing each and every single person who's in need of me tal health services to prevent tragedies like this one.

My thoughts and prayers are with all 26 families who were destroyed by the unspeakable violence that took their loved ones away on Friday, December 14. Those 20 beautiful babies and the brave 6 adults who lost their lives' that day will be with me for the rest of my life.

I strongly support actions to prevent events like this from occurring again. Having said that. I will NEVER support any action or law that infringes on the 2d amendment. We will NOT disarm!
