I haven't read the article but if the little I did read has anything to do with her choice to follow her culture, I don't think a TV station deserves a woman who has so much love, faith and belief in herself. If a person has all these attributes, it could only cary over to what she contributes within her life, which mainly includes her lifestyle and yes, her job. If they can't appreciate this, then. yes, she deserves better. God don't make mistakes, He saw what was wrong with this station...

Go for it Ms. Rhonda Lee. <3

I am in shock that Rhonda would be fired for such a reason as her hair style! Rhonda, you have my support in your decision!

Just recently a white TV anchor was ridiculed because of her weight, Jennifer Livingston http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2213685/Jennifer-Livingston-Man-shamed-fat-news-anchor-finally-apologizes-admits-obese-child.html replied to the public that she was proud with the way she looked, and there was nothing wrong with being over weight, which was very similar to Rhonda Lee's reply. Rhonda Lee was polite in explaining herself and there is nothing wrong with her hair! Just because someone doesn't understand her hair shouldn't be grounds for termination. Jennifer Livingston didn't get fired when she defended herself and so should Rhonda! In fact I'm ashamed of KTBS-TV for being racist! Jennifer Livingston was glorified for protecting her right to be who she was and Rhonda an African American was fired for trying to defend herself! Rhonda Lee's job should reinstated and the KTBS-TV should let her continue to wear her hair how it is naturally! This is America, land of the free!

If her hair fell out due to cancer, could she keep her job? Come on America, you sexiest idealogy is archaic and totally insensitive, crude and needs to be put in check.

I think it is narrow minded of management to relieve a professional from making a living due to the remarks of a viewer. I think it is an injustice to the beauty and personal choice of an individual.
