I like hair, but I want the option to wear it short if I please. Isn't that what has made us Americans?

I wear my hair natural. I am not my hair and neither is she. She's beautiful!

"Guidelines" are not POLICY. I understand not wanting to start arguments with viewers, but the statements about the hair actually opened a dialogue. I thought news stations were about providing facts to open discussions so people can make up their own minds. Give her back her job!

I enjoyed Ronda very much each day. FB is a public forum and she should have the right of freedon of speech to respond against the the person making offensive remarks toward her claiming his right to the same freedom.

I personally think the lady is just beautiful, not everyone likes long hair, and believe her style suits her just fine. She should be re-hired back, and the station should support her choice, she was doing a great job at work.

It is unfair for Ms. Lee to lose her job, because of someone's opinion of her. Her hair style has nothing to do with her ability to perform her job. The management of the station should evaluate themselves.

The Tom Joyner Morning Show is involved also. We need more voices so we can be heard.

Disgustingly unjust. I hope she finds a better job at a more respectable station.

I think she is absolutely beautiful and I am shocked that anyone would think that there was anything wrong considering the way people dress and look today. There are people with tattoos all over their body and that is their choice. I cannot believe that not only did some idiot see something wrong but then chose to voice it and then they fired her. Pisses me off. He should keep his opinion to himself or get a boot in his rear end.

freedom of choice is our birthright and should be respected as long as it is not offensive. Rhonda Lee has our support.
