Wow, Rhonda you ROCK. I, too, eschew weaves, perms, and anything else that does not compliment my Beautiful Blackness of which I am deeply proud. What would the network say if they saw the mustache I wear proudly. I am very feminine, heterosexual, and refuse to succumb to the European model. This is only a glitch for greater achievement for you. Stay true to you and I am proud to be one of your SISTAHS. Zee Lewis, Oakland, CA.

she did nothing wrong, she stood up for those of African decent who are bullied about their hair. has the recent and increasingly large number of bullied people who are pushed to far that they have unfortunately resulted to suicide not taught anyone that it is wrong? this lady went out of her way to do nothing but put another person down and try to make her feel bad about herself. that lady does not have the right to make judgement on her looks and that sort of behavior is disgraceful to human kind. the racist aspect of the comment also brings apart the progress of defeating and overcoming the horrible treatment of other cultures, skin colors and countries. people need to realize that just Rhonda Lee's words were used for good and proved the ignorance of the judgmental lady. if it is acceptable to take away someones job and to deny them return to it because they stood up for what is right, that just reveals the corrupted behavior of many of the white Americans towards the black. it's depressing that something as ridiculous as racism is what the united states is built upon and known for. is this really what the morals of the united states are? when will people accept that we are all apart of the same race; the human race.

Rhonda Lee, you are a great talent and beautiful woman. Thank you for having the courage to model to our daughters natural beauty with confidence. What God has for you, He has for you. Rehire or not- God has a plan for you and it is good. Blessings and Peace flow from your sisters everywhere in prayer.

Long as she does her job, I wouldn't care how she wore her hair, neither should they long as it's clean and tasteful.
