I've been noticeing this since the 1970's. Though, was too young then, to be heard. Water eventually flows into the oceans. On top of ground, under ground, thru rivers, canals, and of course sewars, and street grates you see below your car, in the street. I keep mentioning this to those, that I thought cared, but, nothing is ever done about it. Yes, we humans are the worse pollutant on Earth. We CAN change that! You know. ...

It's getting to the peaple at the top of the food chain, that makes the difference. Oh, the government. They push the laws into effect. Yet , WE, the peaple, govern them. Not the other way around. WE, the peaple, are the one's who have the greatest voice. Let's use that voice , to right, all the wrongs, that we see, and know are being practiced. Stop the flow of nitrogen into the waters of Florida, and the whole of the United States. Let's make a difference. Let's save the Dolphin's, and other animals, around the world.

Well, we have to get the whole world involved in saving our natural resources. Educate the people in Africa, Asia, and other places in the world that are selling animal parts and slaughtering those animals just to make a few dollars. The United States is considered a highly educated society. We should have no problems like the one that effecting the dolphins.
