They are capable of ecocide! This is about ecocide the large scale long term destruction of mountain ecosystems and the rivers they nourish. A cult of destruction has revealed it heart, it is an evil heart. The heart of those who profited from slavery, colonialism and the holocaust. Destroying the environment that sustains us is destroying our lives. We must state clearly and forcefully we intend to criminally prosecuted those committing ecocide.

I invite you to incorporate an understanding of those who are committing ecocide the large scale long term damage or destruction of your environment. Destabilizing our planets climate, the cancelled mega quarry that threatened to destroy irreplaceable agricultural and the local water table was ecocide. The Trans Canada XL pipeline which was supposed to have gone over the Ogallala Aquifer in the US would have endangered the water supply of those dependent of this water.
The plundering of the cod and now the blue fin tune are acts of ecocide.
Are the dead zones in our oceans ecocide?
Is the climate and toxic legacy of the corporate agenda in the tar sands ecocide?
Is mountain ecosystem destruction ecocide?
We must ask critical question about the values being use by a group that can be described as radical fundamentalist capitalists.
The campaign to have individuals be they political or corporate leaders who are permitting, causing or profiting from ecocide subject to criminal prosecution has begun. Ontario Liberal Leadership must tell us where they stand on the threat posed by those committing ecocide. Global climate destabilization is ecocide. Are those who intend to increase the climate destabilizing emissions from the tar sands committing ecocide?
The UN Env Program (UNEP) recently created a new body to advance env law, justice and governance. This can be viewed as the infancy of the International Environmental Court we desperately need because we are no on a sustainable path, but incredible change is happening. http://www.unep.org/newscentre/default.aspx?DocumentID=2700&ArticleID=9350&l=en

The UN also released information that the impact the melting of permafrost regions of the arctic have NOT been include in the latest climate models or negotiation. The amounts to global human, ecological and economic accounting fraud by those who as aspired to position of political and corporate leadership. Are they colluding with radical fundamentalist capitalist who are intent on profiting from climate destabilisation?
UN NEWS Release Tue Nov 27 2012.
Thawing of permafrost expected to cause significant additional global warming, Not yet accounted for in climate predictions.

If you agree that the large scale long term damage or destruction of our environment is a threat to our future, share it on you networks. Ask your political reps what threat ecocide posed to our future and what they intend to do about it. Write the media to explain why they are not covering this crucial call for justice. Is ocean acidification that is threatens an ecosystem we depend on every time we breathe ecocide?
Wanted conscious, ethical, courageous Americans to created Eradicating Ecocide US Facebook to support this campaign.

Both Democrats & Republicans, are Sociopathically hypocritical.. when it comes to saying, they care about such things - while demonstrating by their INACTION, they worship the "almighty dollar". Corporate / Industry Lobbyists - - have always been the TRUE power, in D.C.

Destroying mountain tops in search of coal destroys the environment far more effectively and efficiently than strip mining ever could. This process is absurd. The 'advantages' of this process are far exceeded by the drawbacks realized by completely destroying the environment for those who live in the vicinity.

Please sign this petition; then log onto Lilou's Juicy Living Tour 2011 in which Lilou Mace goes to Mexico to interview Michel Domit, the 'owner' of El Santuario in Valle de Bravo (I think) in Mexico. Michel bought the mountain in 1994 and had some wonderful and extraordinary experiences in which he communicated with the spirit of the mountain in order to obtain permission to build on it. It's a lovely, lovely inspiring you tube video.

I understand that a lot of people in the Tri-State area depend on the coal mining jobs. But if you turn the coal mining into wind farms, those very same people plus more would have good paying jobs and we would benefit across broader expanse with a renewable energy resource. And less lose to those working because now they will not be contracting Black Lung Disease, so common to coal miners. And how stable do you think that mountain will remain if you blast the top off it? We have already had...

And less lose to those working because now they will not be contracting Black Lung Disease, so common to coal miners. And how stable do you think that mountain will remain if you blast the top off it? We have already had 2 tremors in this area this year. Can't keep cracking the earth and expect to remain stable under your feet. I am anticipating a lot of hate comments but that is not why I wrote this. Please give careful thought to some of the concepts I mentioned.
