I will sign as long as I don't have to give this Facebook Ap permission to use my profile for its purposes.
Teresa - You can just log into Causes and leave Facebook out of it entirely.
It didn't work that way - can you find another tool for gathering signatures?
Teresa - I have sent a note to the "Help Desk" at Causes to see if you must have a facebook account to join them. Still waiting. The other option is to allow facebook to access your app and then after you vote remove them. Pretty simple but still a bit of a hassle.
I hope the petition is successful.
Unfortunately the money and power backing fracking makes it very difficult to stop. (This is similar to opposition to other environmental disasters such as pesticides, GMO's and global warming.
Over the long range it is good for no one, in the present it's making somebody BIG money. Solutions anyone? I hope you can stop this in Boulder. Maybe local opposition is the answer!
lmao if they do they will activate the "active" fault zones under the entire area, including the ones that shook the ROCKY MOUNTAIN ARSENAL which I was present for back in the late 60's and 70's only idiots would consider the possible reactivation of those faults due to a stupid thing like fracking.
Just look at what they put into Fracking water that then gets into all the ground water that we drink! Do not allow Frackig anywhere.
Awesome! I just signed the Petition... We just need a few hundred more for our goal!
Please SAVE Boulder from Fracking and vote!
Please consider signing this important petition to keep Fracking out of Boulder County Colorado.
The site isn't letting me sign. I've tried, both logged in to FB and not, but it keeps just kicking me back up to the top of the page without submitting. Any suggestions?
This is messed up, do more research, Fracking is one of the highest sources of jobs in the United States right now! The whole thing about the water is bunk! The have trucks that take the used water out of the area where it is trated to make it safe for the environment. Oil is a necesity, whether you want to believe it or not. Why not let the people of the United States profit off of it some?
The environmental harm from fracking will never be undone.
