Foreign slots........why Stephen Sackur? Are there no competent Nigerians who can interview him?
You guys are part of Nigeria's problem.......you always sell the country short. I bet if you are in his position you will not be any better. Positivity is required not rubbish hard talk!!!

Andrew your post.....the competent nigerians on your mind are already working for him, like his spokesman for example, do you see any truth in what he does. You obviously have no idea what this is about.

You are an honest guy and you know how things work in Nigeria. Andrew has not got a clue, he is a sycophant. Watch out for his kind.

Is he honestly articulate enough to even express or knows anything about the government and country he is the President? He is so inept and he has no clue, all he understand is the loots from the oil.....spending money like it is going out of fashion regardless of insecurity and poverty in the country...he would never take that challenge, he would only read replies to questions before hands, and BBC don't do that kind of business!

Oluwamuyiwa Mayor Adesua

time for dat to happen is now....let him face bbc hard talk...if he will come out of it intact...

We should stop encouraging foreign journalists to insult African leaders.
I expect BBC Hard Talk to interview past and present leaders of the failed economies of Greece, Spain, etc on the recent protests against Structural Adjustment Programmes.

The EFCC is a big satire. If Mr. Jonathan is serious in fighting corruption (I believe he's not), why can't he set up an independent body with a special prosecutor with power to subpoena and prosecute the criminals. Such independent body should be granted legal powers to try and convict. Also the independent body should act with deliberate speed and dispose all corruption cases on time. The present situation where EFCC is taking a life time to prosecute the thieves is justice denied.

Hey guys I think this is a good idea meant not to ridicule the president but rather an opportunity for him to clarify many pressing issues which no platform has sincerely given him the opportunity to do. We should all embrace this.
