Foreign slots........why Stephen Sackur? Are there no competent Nigerians who can interview him?
You guys are part of Nigeria's problem.......you always sell the country short. I bet if you are in his position you will not be any better. Positivity is required not rubbish hard talk!!!

Andrew your post.....the competent nigerians on your mind are already working for him, like his spokesman for example, do you see any truth in what he does. You obviously have no idea what this is about.

You are an honest guy and you know how things work in Nigeria. Andrew has not got a clue, he is a sycophant. Watch out for his kind.

@all we can as well fold our arms and refuse to ask those who have chosen to govern us pertinent questions. I think we deserve accountabiltiy frpm our leaders while we examine oue ways as individuals. As a person I dont subscribe to God will do it for us. We need to work. Do we get good governance by not asking questions especially when our leaders go astray?. It is true none is perfect, But I beleive those who are fortunate to be leaders of this country must do well. Everyone has questions to answer from God but leaders has more.

President Jonathan simply wants to destroy our country. Yesterday, he approved the proposal to build a brand new city within Abuja to celebrate the amalgamation of North & South Nigeria. He plans to spend $4 Billion Dollars for this new new city when Nigerians barely can feed themselves.

Is he honestly articulate enough to even express or knows anything about the government and country he is the President? He is so inept and he has no clue, all he understand is the loots from the oil.....spending money like it is going out of fashion regardless of insecurity and poverty in the country...he would never take that challenge, he would only read replies to questions before hands, and BBC don't do that kind of business!

Q23: President GEJ has earlier stated that member of Boko Haram existed within elements of his government. Why has no official of his government been arrested, while BH have continued on their killing spree.
Q24: In spite of the billions allocated to road maintenance in Nigeria, the trunk A road continues to deteriorate with death tolls piling everyday, FEMA only patches sections of this road with zero road construction. Where is all this money going?

There's always a time to begin SOMETHING, no doubt. I feel it is the best for Mr President to be INTERVIEWED for the betterment of our dear country NIGERIA. After all, we are by law entitled to know how we are governed by those we elected.... Yes..
