Wolves are NOT predators of humans, humans ARE predators of wolves. We, as a species are continually encroaching on their natural habitat then wonder why they try to protect themselves. We have constantly maligned them in childrens' stories and made them out to be in the wrong in order to excuse our genocide of them. Maybe when the last wolf is gone will we finally realise what we have lost....after all, extinct means forever.
respect pour les animaux.

I wrote to Senators Johnson and Kohl. I doubt that Johnson will oppose it although I hope Herb Kohl will.
Yes I think that wildlife must be protected.
First do no harm, let them live!
why are humans so cruel to animals.
PROTECT THE BEAUTY of THE WORLD!
Here's what I wrote - pieced together from the other suggestions. Feel free to copy and paste:
I am contacting you today to voice my opinion on Senate Bill S 3525. This bill, if passed, would allow extended and permanent rights of hunters and trappers to have more public lands to hunt and trap on for recreation.
Introduced by Senator Jon Tester of Montana (the architect of the wolf de-listing rider) S 3525 would assure more carnage for wolves and other wildlife.
******Public areas would...
******Public areas would also be less safe for hikers and families who want to enjoy National Parks and public lands.******.
This bill is being pushed by lobbyists like the NRA, Safari Club International and other special interest groups that, if left to their own, will turn our public lands into hunting zoos. I am vehemently opposed to this legislation and urge you to vote against it and to spread the word in Congress. This bill is not designed for hunters who hunt for food, its designed to promote and enhance trophy hunting. Trophy hunting is an unsustainable pastime that should be limited and measured not expanded. I believe as do many many Americans that this type of killing should be a relic of the past given the issues and threats our wildlife and wilderness face.
PLEASE vote no on S 3525.
