if we are to continue to grow our economy, its time to look into expanding & growing the number of workers in more technical fields. we've got an enormous shortage of qualified technically/scientifically skilled people. Yes some industries will be hurt but the true question u must ask yourself is..........can we actually afford and continue to develop as a nation in aging industries that no longer are required to have to produce & meet our needs. I wont say it ain't going to hurt b/c it will...
