I am not Puerto Rican (though my friends have made me an 'honorary Puerto Rican) but I am a vet, & I can't fathom all of these brave souls not being
recognized for all they have done.
As American citizen we Portorricans deserve all merit, brave men and women are still fighting for freedom they all sacrifice their lives for freedom, the valiant service of the 65th Infantry Regiment from Puerto Rico deserve the highest civil award - the Congressional Gold Medal. Portorricans has died in the military just like men or women from all the states. God Bless America and Puerto Rico.

These were some of the bravest men who fought honorably and with courage during the Korean War. They deserve to be recognized for their service to our nation!
