I meant to say Dogs/pets they all have great instintcs before something like Sandy & the 1st thing will do is cry' yelp for man's Best Friend ana a 'true Man's EST FRIEND man/woman' will Rescue Them as the are as equalalentb

I helped with 9\11 and Katrina by donating a lot of food., leashes, collars, etc. Now It is in my "backyard". I am helping those I can, in any way I can...... PLEASE... We NEED HELP IN LOWER Manhattan.
and of course elsewhere in the stricken boroughs..... Angie (my Girlfriend) her shop where she works was under 4 feet of water. Wall street area. Anyone who can help even a little bit makes a huge difference! Peace<3

I can't believe they put them down so fast! The owners may be looking for them or getting things ready to take them back. Some of those poor animals owners may have died! Some may have had owners that did not heed the warnings. They are innocent beings not to be discarded. Everyone in that area is having to take on alot right now. The shelters should all buck up and get it together! Animal Care, RIGHT? If they can't handle all the animals, THEY should be asking places nearby to take some in....

DON'T FORGET OUR FUR CHILDREN WHO ARE ALSO LOST, SCARED WONDERING WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THEIR HOME AND FAMILY THAT THEY LOVE AND MISS.....
