My husband died at age 47,6 weeks after Drs. finally figured out what he had, after a year and 1/2 of seeing Drs. who said he had a spastic colon......
My grandpa died 8yrs ago of colon cancer & I recently went to a jewelry party where they make lockets & you can put charms inside that represent something to you. I put a purple ribbon & a heart that says "In Memory Of" on it. But i put the purple ribbon bcuz I read that purple is an alternate color for colon cancer. I think the main color is brown or something. They didn't have that charm so I went with purple anyway. I could've sworn it was purple. Oh well! I'll have to show you my locket when I get it & wear it. :)
yES PLEASE DO!!!
I will!! They're really cute. I can see if I can get u a catalog too! It's really interesting. :)

You don't see many surviving this cancer. My brother died 11 years ago with this.
I lost my husband on 12/01/09, just 3 weeks after being diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. No symptoms. It was just there. It was devasting and painful.
Lost my Dad on 12/26/10 ; after being officially disgnosed on 12/6/10 with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and we were told he had about 3months. I don"t understand after few months of multiple tests; by the time it was actually diagnosed, it was too late.
This is a terribly painful disease.
I also lost my husband, to this awful disease. Just 5 days before his 60th Birthday having only been diagnosed 4 weeks earlier. We had been married for 40 years, had watched our children grow and just looking forward to our time.
Lost my mother to this HORIBLE CANCER 8/10/1998 69 yrs. old , Devastating Disease.
Hope you have all had, & some still having :-) a Happy & Safe Halloween.
