to truly save the amazon forest, indigienous people. living there will have to let go of their greed, and start living natural as they did before white man came. as it is now, there is too much corruption, and poverty makes sure that every one there, seizes the opportunity to make a buck or two, and this is only in the favour of the big companies that are only there to exploit and make billions of bucks. stop helping the ones destroying the amazon forest, stop receiving aid from them, stop...

These people have a wisdom we have yet to learn as in how to live in harmony with the planet in our own particular indigenous areas and cycles of our "Goldilocks Zone" mother, sustainer and supplier, or as the Lakota people of the North American Great Plains say; "MetakuyeOyasin" (all my relations, or we are all related, as in all things that walk, fly, swim, grow and are). We ignore this at our coming peril. The Amazon has many hidden weapons but our own destruction is embedded in the attempted destruction, for short-term and self-aggrandizing gain, of the lungs, heart and stunning diversity which is the Andean headwaters, Amazon Basin and tributary systems.
