My husband was Vietnam Vet!! Agent Orange, to diabetic, to pancreatic cancer, passed 4-6-12!!!!!!! I am signing this Shirley Mitchell
My late husband was a Vietnam Vet. He passed away five years ago from prostate cancer that the VA determined was caused by exposure to Agent Orange. Our first child was stillborn. Our surviving son has mental health issues. I always wonder if both were also caused by AO.
I am the daughter of a Vietnam vet. My dad was there and exposed to agent orange. I was born with a birth defect. I'm told it's called Poland's syndrome. I also have Graves thyroid disease, celiac disease, hypoglycemic, my joints ache daily. I'm 43. My younger brother also is dealing with issues and was born with a defect.
I hope this petition works for you, Tracey ! I recently found out that my grandson (11 years old) also has Poland's disease. Can you offer me any thoughts on the difficulties you have lived through so I may have some insight on this as Trevor grows?
4-children-2 different mothers-no other family history of birth-defects in any ones family-history-so the gov.t will not own-up to it..but they can spend millions of our tax dollars to clean up viet-nam & phililines to clean up their countrys-but screw the veterans...who fought in it..
my daddy is a 2 tour vet wounded.
please show your support for those who fought for you to live in peace.
Our own government has killed more of our servicemen after they returned home than our enemies have killed on the battlefield. Most of the deaths have been due to poverty resulting from employment discrimination, but exposure to various toxic substances and radiation is passed on the subsequent generations, damaging not only the veterans but their descendants. Leading American politicians should have these murders of American veterans associated with their names for as long as American history is recorded.
God bless the soldiers that served and their families. We need to honor and support them in every way we can.
I have SEEN and KNOWN so so many hurt in this way.it breaks my heart. And now they still spray us all with this crap. History is forgotten in this land...the same mistakes so obvious...REPEATED over and over...
I am a vietnam/korea veterans.
