I just got a beautiful cocker spaniel Colette from Toronto Humane Society. This poor dog was used in a puppy mill in Quebec for 5 years! I am happy that I could have this opportunity to help my Colette have a happy life and forget about the horror that she went through in her past. Until now I was completely unaware of a thing called "commercial breeding", but now I am determined to let all my friends know about this horrendous practice and stop supporting puppy selling business as much as I can do.
How can anyone with a conscience or a heart goes and buy from there??? Who will be the minister to put his foot down and refuses to let this happen one more day?? Solutions to stop these... go play in their wallet in looking into their personal income taxes... see if they still want to do that.
Thank you, HSI, for your help in shutting down puppy mills. These are horrific places for dogs to be in, particularly for the Mom dogs who have no life at all. People should adopt, not shop. Save a dog from a shelter, and stop the demand for puppies from a mill.
Fermons toutes ses usines à chiens !!
please help stop puppy mills
Adopt, don't shop. Save a life.

Could not have said it better Charlotte!
Cruelty to animals is barbaric and sadistic. Puppy mills are hell for dogs.
