Hey guys a bit of a dilemma here. What would be the best day of the week to march. A week day we could stop traffic in the city centre plus a few members of the Dail would be sitting. Unfortunately a lot of us work so I'm sure there would be a bigger turnout on a weekend day????

Kids should never have to suffer. Instead of cutting it for all, perhaps means test it first.

Childcare or loss of earnings, dentist, doctors, school top up fees and voluntary contributions, food. This is what the children's allowance goes towards. We are rearing the citizens of the future who will pay for the increasing elderly population when they work. The government made the mistake of paying for unsecured bond holders & now children, parents, special needs and carers facilities have to pay. Take it off the people who got the free golf bag and the brown envelopes.

Well said Karen we should all take a stand against them. It's ok for them to claim over €750,000.00 in expenses for the month of August and they weren't even working !

This farce of a government are anti-poor, they should tax the rich of our Country and stop bailing out the banks and bond holders, they expect us to vote yes to the children's referendum saying it will give our children more rights while they take away their right to basics ie.food, clothing, housing etc. by constantly cutting payments they are entitled to.

bang on caroline, what they are doing or going to is very contradictory ie vote for more rights for children then take the rights back from them.
