The government knows that if they allow people choices it will affect their schemes to undermine our own country and we will be more easily forced into that one world government they are always shoving down our throats. The WTO should not have any voice in how we govern our nation.

I got a Turkey from France, some chickens once came from Thailand & some food is just not labeled as to country of origin, as no one would buy it! Does the meat from these other countries travel well to reach our shores? has it been frozen & defrosted so many times, that it could be a potential health hazared rather than nourishing wholesome food? Why can't we ask Country of Origin, we are the one's buying it, if this doesn't come about then maybe we ought to boycott the foodstuff that don't...

Why can't we ask Country of Origin, we are the one's buying it, if this doesn't come about then maybe we ought to boycott the foodstuff that don't have proper labeling which holds the information we need to know! As for burgers, maybe we'd be shocked at what goes into them perhaps even soya & no meat? So if a food item is cheap.... be cautious as the label might not be telling us everything that's gone into it. Plus when you read a label & it says no salt, but you know an item is salty... another lie just hit the shelf. I am becoming very weary of meat items not from our shores & so should you!

The myths of the meat (valor / wealth / health) - have they actually still be justified?
The rapid transition to the food stand, the meat quick bite at McDonald's, the hamburger farm or inexpensive gyros pita meat have made it a thing on the side. Huge housing pigs and cattle ranches here and in the developing world have made the once noble product commoditized. The animal, once recycler of indigestible to humans calories receive quality food that could satisfy even people. From Kalorienaufwerter fattened cattle has been made into a calorie-waster.
Our claims as consumer-fat meat have influenced this development, have made a virtue out of the flesh and juice-less mixture, which contains the natural substances nor medical, pharmaceutical and chemical products.
Anyone who eats a lot of meat, is composed of health hazards. Not only because of the high pollution levels, and the excessive consumption of "healthy" meat constitutes a health risk because, for example, meat contributes to its high protein and fat content contributes to overeating - leading to lifestyle diseases.
For example, the fat intake from meat and meat products 43 g in men, in women is 27 g per day, so 1/4 is covered to 1/3 of the daily energy needs. Contrary to earlier views of nutritionists / meat inside is not necessary to meet the protein needs of the body. On the contrary, men take an average of 35 g protein / day from meat and meat products to themselves, women 28 g This amount accounts for almost 2/3 of the recommended protein intake. Thus meat contributes significantly to that woman / man consumed almost twice as much protein as she / he needs. This excessive protein intake is harmful: it stimulates the body to the formation of fat reserves, and the burden on the kidneys CaIcium budget, because calcium is needed for protein degradation, which is not included in the required amount in the flesh. Meat protein also contains a lot of purine, a precursor of uric acid. The increased intake of purines can cause gout and urinary tract stone formation.
Have a far greater effect the pollutants, which enter in meat production and processing and the environment into the flesh. Meat is at the end of the food chain, so it is hardly a pollutant which is not detectable in the flesh. It starts with the production and selection of feed. In the feed (FM) from the U.S. and the developing world can be assumed that they are charged more or less with pesticides, and the local FM are charged eg by heavy metals from the environment and currently infested partially highly radioactive.
The main carrier of residues of pesticides is meat, due to the "circulation of the venom." Pesticides with us in part may not be used, such as DDT, are exported to the countries of the Third World, where the sprayed feed for Europe's livestock. Pesticides are to a large extent to the chlorinated hydrocarbons, which are persistent and particularly in adipose tissue and in the intestines accumulate. So the meat of older and fat animals is particularly stressed. Through the addition of chlorinated hydrocarbons the development of tumors in the body is promoted. However, this is difficult to prove, since this is about long-term effects that occur possibly only after more than 30 years.
Similar physiological effects of heavy metals, for example, go through pastures near highways in the flesh. For the heavy metal contamination of meat, there has been no law, but merely a recommendation of the Federal Health Office (BGA) to consume not more often than every 2-3 weeks kidneys of beef and pork and to refrain from rabbit kidneys completely. The BGA does so on recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), which unfortunately are not binding. While it is still possible in plant foods, such as to reduce the lead content by thoroughly washing or peeling, this is hardly feasible in animal feed.
The worst, however, appear that the pharmaceutical products lndustry, which are used as so-called residues of feed additives or veterinary drugs into the flesh. The book "Animal shops" of Eimler Kleinschmidt and gives an overview on relevant practices of the mass pet owners and veterinarians called motorway.
What comes out of the animal-torturing industrial farming is anything but "a piece of vitality", but pale, soft and watery (pale, soft and ex-udativ), the so-called PSE meat. About 50% of all animals was PSE observed-meat, which actually belongs to because of its low quality of the food bank, where it would be sold at very low prices. PSE chips shrink together in the pan, because the water is leaking, then dry, tough and tasteless. Consumers / inside when purchasing PSE meat recognize the fact that it is very pale, thin and light, while better meat is rosy and traversed by thin fat deposits. A second group inferior meat is the DFD meat (dark, firm and dry, so dark , firm and dry). It happens especially for young bulls and is not so frequently.
This mountain of chemistry that has already accumulated in the living animal is, the treatment and processing even greater. For example, when the meat is treated with sodium nitrite curing. This has a preservation, cosmetic and flavor.
Pökelsatz contained in the nitrite is harmful to health, such as it may interfere with oxygen transport in the blood and can cause nausea, stomach discomfort and shortness of breath, said children are particularly vulnerable. Even more dangerous, however, is the combination of particular proteins with nitrites, nitrosamines. The highly carcinogenic nitrosamines by the simultaneous consumption of cured meats and other protein-rich foods, such as cheese form. The "Toast Hawaii" is one example. From its consumption is discouraged, since this best by the simultaneous heating of nitrite. Proteins can form nitrosamines. The nitrosamine formation can be prevented by the simultaneous intake of vitamin C, but the extent to which , is not known. With nitrite cured meat products must be labeled as such. are less hazardous substitutes or technologies are there, but they are rarely used because there is not such a nice red color is produced. Is it the consumers / interior really about?
Even the smoking and grilling can lead to dangerous residues. The smoke produced from wood verglimmten benzopyrene, which is one of the carcinogenic hydrocarbons. Depending on the process more or less benzopyrene produced in the flesh. The traditional cold smoking, which lasts for several weeks at low flue temperatures are far less dangerous than the nowadays applied fast track at high combustion temperatures. This method not only have the disadvantage that arises benzopyrene, the meat is also not opposed to the traditional method preserved by dehydration, so that additional chemical preservatives is necessary - even a hazard. Moreover benzpyrene can arise when domestic grilling over charcoal, especially when fat drips into the charcoal, which burns and attaches itself to the food. The Benzpyrengehalt increases with the fat content of the food being grilled. The use of foil or grill of barbecue side-firing devices may prevent this.
This plethora of health risks ranging from really help as much as possible to eat meat and only meat from healthy animals. Nevertheless, vegetarians are still derided as a health nut or ascetics. Destined to bear some of the literature, for example, within the literature on nutrition. The relationship between meat consumption and world hunger is often regarded as a purely ethical and moral issue and thus depoliticized. Many proponents / inside a wholesome diet shy away from politically to comment and explain their motivation to another diet rather individually. It is likely any human being pretty clear that the basis for the production of healthier foods are political changes. Please, give them your vote, we can finally enjoy a meal.
