ADOPTED PETS ARE PERFECT PETS! ALL MY PETS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ADOPTED! HOW CAN ONE NOT? A PEDIGREE IS GORGEOUS, BUT EVEN THESE PEDIGREES ARE SOMETIMES UP FOR ADOPTIONS! ALL PETS NEED LOVING AND CARING HOMES! THEY BRING SO MUCH JOY AND THEY GIVE SO MUCH LOVE! MELINDI XX
we have always adopted shelter dogs or have taken some in that were left in r front yard-we have had amazing dogs always and will forever adopt r dogs-we always have 2 at a time-one time we had 5.
Hey I'll ask my landlord, if I can adopt a homeless dog!
All three of our cats would be homeless if we didn't adopt them. I will always have shelter pets...
All my cats have been adopted from shelters. Unconditional love given and received. There is nothing like it.
All of my pets are shelter pets - and they always will be.
Chicagoland Dog Rescue. I Think they're great. They really do the best in pre-addoption medical, emotional and training, well before the dogs start their adoption process. They stand behind all their adoptions well after they've been completed. Proud papa over two rescued and pround uncle of four. The happiest pets are those that have been rescued. Check it out, I'm sure you'll agree. Keep them tails wagging. :D
Francoise I remember Lola the frightened dog,but not long before she was on the bed with the other dogs, being loved and getting her forever home with you. You are a star shining in this sky xxx
Thank you Gail , also my friend Lily here for Triple A and Stephanie Chabrier in the Dominican Republic , are marvelous ladies that saved so many pets from the street . I do my best ,but i will never stop trying saving dogs & cats like you did xxxxx love Fanfan.
we always do.... every animal -- 3 dogs, 4 cats--- all rescued us....
I can't believe anyone would choose to buy a pet over adopting and in doing so save a life! We are passionate supporters of pet adoption. All 5 members of our "animal" family are rescued or adopted and are extremely precious to us..we would never buy a pet from a pet store. I am totally against "puppy mills" and have no desire to have a "trophy" pet. Give me a good " Moggie" or" Bitsa" any day! Considering a pet? Please, check out the shelters first!
I'm behind this 100% because my Dog Goldie died 2 days ago.
We have 5 rescue dogs & love them very much.
Rescue is the only way to go!
true they rescue us!! have Bruno a male 3 year old dog who found us early this year -we live by a lake someone abandoned him earlier- guess he grew and grew and loved the water so perhaps it was not such a dastardly act -in the way existance panned out as there are v few dog shelters and facilities in India but we no longer shoot or euthanize strays as per law -which poses a huge problem of strays -dogs -over 40,000 in my city of pune alone.
I adopted Cooper from a shelter 2yr ago. He is the 1st dog I've ever had. I am a cat person. I also have 2 - 19yr old cats and they love Cooper. Then after talking to people at the dog park I decided to become a foster for the Golden Retreiver Rescue. I love it, it is such a great feeling to give a dog a chance to find a forever home. Right now I have a 12yr old girl Heather, and she is so sweet. Her owner died 2 weeks ago so she was very confused about being taken to a new home. She is...

My little Dashund is more human than a human The long thing is he cannot talk but his eyes and paws say it all He is my life I LOVE MY HAPPY.
That exactly what i said MAry! But i guess thats what happens when your heart is full of love.
Kamaka is our 2nd rescue dog. Roxy- our first - was the most amazing Rottie. Kamaka - a pit/ridge is the most social, friendly, loving, and gentle animal now that she knows she has a forever home with us. They are worth every ounce of love you give them - they both have been/are the most loyal loving animals. I will always adopt - they give so much more back to you than you give to them.
Congratulations on the new addition to your ohana. Are you going to post Kamaka's picture soon? Hugs ~
see my photos - she's the one with the short brown hair. The other one is Megan.
I only ever have rescue cats. There is never a need to buy any pet, people only breed animals for money.
The people in the co-op up the road hate me. Every time someone puts up a notice for animals for sale I take it down and point out to them it is part of their company policy NOT to sell animals.
You go girl!!!!!!
Our last 3 puppies have been rescues. We wouldn't do it any other way. We have been so lucky to find them in time.
They seem to be able to find the right person at the right time.
Never "buy" a pet while so many need homes!
Just adopted my dog Max. He was taken away from his previous owner who used to cut him. Hard to believe there are such cruel people in the world. He's the best dog I've ever had.
Sounds like Max found his guardian angel.
Hi Terry, would you share Max's happy new life with us on our new action? We launched it yesterday and you can share his photo with us too! Thank you!
I have two Newfies from pups but had two rescue Newfies but lost one within three weeks of reforming due to the life she had led at a puppy farm but Millie has come on beautifully and then we have a little terrorist seriously cute though and within the same week we reformed Rosie the Saint Bernard who after a lot of issues has developed into a loving trusting girl. Do people realise what issues they create with not caring or abandoning these intelligent creatures they only want some one to care and love them.
Well done you x
wonderful dog owners XXX
Crazy lady with a big heart! Xx
Reformed is meant to be rehomed and I believe all of you are just the same as me xxx
These poor animals have no ability to spek, yet they feel and need all of the help they can. Please do whatever you can, regardless of how small the action. Thank You! - Wpxi Alan Jennings.
Will do and already have. Had a cat fall through the roof of my autobody shop last Thanksgiving. He was starving, had ticks and was a mess. Now he is loved and up to full weight has two "siblings" and is the best cat I have ever had!! Next pet I will adopt a homeless pet!!
