This affects miners all around the world. I support this wholeheartedly.
Doing a job that you would not do. think about it ( Police, Fire, Garbagemen, Sewage Treatment plant Opperators, landfill workers, and on and on) support the working class!
It all's on the backs of the working class vs BIG COAL MONEY$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Coal miners definitely need a change. They are very hard workers. My dad was a coal miner who worked in the coal mine for 36 years and died from black lung at 54 years old. He died 10 months shy of his retirement age and my mom not receiving any of his benefits.Makes me sick for all the hard years he put in as a coal miner, and for my mom also for all of the hard years she put in the workforce and taking care of us. They both worked very hard for all of us kids with nothing to enjoy...
work knowing already getting sick is horrible... and wrong is already a heavy work at least that there is more security...
I'm mining worker..the influence of the disease will attack in 5 years and the most of mining company tried to avoid their responsible..so I hope next time all goverments in all countries more concern to protect all workers from industrial and mining disease....
Northern Ontario on the lookout for health and compassion... Kapuskasing Ontario
my husband is a coal miner at Amfire Coal Mining here in p.a, I couldn't imagine him getting this disease. Being under there has already taken a toll on him physically, its slowly getting to him health wise and he is only 25 years old. That is the first reason I decided to sing and second is for the rest of the miners. Thank you for keeping the lights on!
