Saying no to drugs in my world would be a very wrong decision on my behalf. The drugs I take not only keep me alive, these drugs keep me in tune with the rest of the world. Saying no is easier said than done. Saying no to non-prescription drugs may be a better terminology.

figuring out which drugs are harmful or beneficial is the way....but it certainly is confusing and a shell game. What do you trust? I trust good nutrition....I trust hemp/weed....and some pharmaceuticals that help curtail certain pain symptoms and deterioration....Ie....insulin for severe type 2 and type 1 diabetes. Lipitor is a good pharma drug. Others in short range testing and early approval often can be found to be harmful.....such a shell game we have. We are the puppets and guinea pigs.

I don't support punishment as a remedy but 45 years later the German company that brought us Thalidomide is still apologizing. Would it not be easier to just get ethical in the first place?

So this fellow comes up to you one day and says "Here, drink this, it's a health tonic it will make you well." And you take it, and you drink it daily until you start to become seriously ill. Then you find out that what you've been drinking all this time wasn't a health tonic at all, it was pure poison.
So you try to get the fellow arrested for deliberately lying to you and poisoning you, but for some reason he's given ammunity because technically it wasn't him who sold you the poison, it was his company. This situation needs to change.
