I'm pleased that the GSK pleated guilty, I hope that would be an example for all other pharmaceutical Companies to put themselves together and take responsible behavior for their work and a public health. Good job CAUSES.

Saying no to drugs in my world would be a very wrong decision on my behalf. The drugs I take not only keep me alive, these drugs keep me in tune with the rest of the world. Saying no is easier said than done. Saying no to non-prescription drugs may be a better terminology.

figuring out which drugs are harmful or beneficial is the way....but it certainly is confusing and a shell game. What do you trust? I trust good nutrition....I trust hemp/weed....and some pharmaceuticals that help curtail certain pain symptoms and deterioration....Ie....insulin for severe type 2 and type 1 diabetes. Lipitor is a good pharma drug. Others in short range testing and early approval often can be found to be harmful.....such a shell game we have. We are the puppets and guinea pigs.

fraud is fraud and the big pharmi's are full of of it. bad pills bad vaccines they need to be brought to justice they main and kill people give kids autism and death. they must be controlled.Their poisons should be forced on them selves.not just fined as they have been , they have so much money it means nothing to them , prison would.

Drugs are dangerous, and should be taken only as a last resort, when other cures have failed, or there is a true medical emergency or true urgent need. Taking prescription drugs involves a calculated risk. No prescription drug is 100% safe to take, and anyone who tells you so is lying. Let the buyer beware. Drug companies should not play fast and loose with the public health and safety. I support lawsuits as a way to send an important message to those industries, and large corporations who would abuse and victimize the public.

I was taking Wellburtrin and I had a seizure while I was driving..Luckily no one was hurt. However, when I was at the ER the dr asked what medications I was on and when I said Wellburtrin, the dr said that explains it....Then four months ago my friends boss had a seizure at work..We both lost our licenses because of this..It's not right! This medication is a hazzard and should not be perscribed to anyone!

Taken as prescribed, no more no less over five years. I don't drink and follow the warning to the letter. Thank god I've haven't had a seizure and the medication has improved the quality of my life. I exercise, practice yoga, 12 step program & see my doctor regularly.

I have been on Paxil, wellbutrin, reglan and other drugs that had been recalled....too many side effects for me so I discontinued them immediately....so glad as they were recalled years later.

I've only been on one they recalled later....made me sick, so they put me on something else. Dory is now being weaned off Actos. The list of side effects of some of these drugs is worse than what you're taking them for!

If I cheated Social Services of £1,000 I would probably be in prison and my name would be plastered all over the newspapers. Why should these crooks remain anonymous, retain their huge financial bonuses and any fine paid by overcharging us for their other products.

Violation of the rule of law should be prosecuted and judgment should require accountability and punishment. Jail time is a good option.
