In another time, before Christianity regardless of what your beliefs were, you paid your respect to the gods of Rome, as you entered the city, it was just manners. So there is a cross, on some memorial to men that died for their country,, no matter what you believe,, pay your respects to the thought, and don't be so hung up on what if any religion is involved,, show some manners,, take your hat off,, and just say thank you.
Nice thought for the day, but I'm not sure what it has to do with the topic,, god bless.
Amen! If we remove God, We will have nothing!
I WILL STAND UP FOR JESUS ANY DAY, AFTER WHAT HE DID FOR US,.
God has always been in our Pledge of Allegiance! Leave GOD in there and keep your mitts off of our Flag! If you don't like it move to another country!
it is a honor and our right!
Our country was founded on God and we as a nation must turn back to God and ask fotr forgiveness.....Romans 12 tells us that even if we don't approve of this person who calls himself a leader we are still to pray for him...another soap box moment for me...we as parents need to be praying with our children at home and if the prayers are taken out of school they won't even notice...
This is the only thing that can save America & make us the greatest country in the world again!
I love GOD and this country. Remember ALL of those who have died for You to be FREE! Protect our Flag, Country and please leave GOD alone. Has he picked on you?
I consider it an honor to say these words.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
