Wolves are wonderful, interesting and mythic animals. They must be saved and protected. Stop trapping them, particularly in US

So sad...those poor wolves don't deserve to be treated so horribly...no innocent creature deserves that kind of treatment! Why are humans so cruel? I will never understand or thirst for destruction and just plain Evil!

Because the wolf is a misunderstood predator, it has become okay in too many circles to vilify the wolf for a variety of economic reasons which are grossly divergent from the reality of the wolfs' place in the ecosystem and their true impact on the economic situation of live stock breeders. The lies must stop before a valuable resource in the wild is lost. It is only in areas without wolves that we see the over population of prey animals, such as deer, which then sicken, possibly leading to huge die offs during times of food shortage, such as overly harsh winter or summer drought conditions and in turn further weaken the place of prey animals in the ecosystem. The wolves cull the prey animals, which actually improves the over all health of those populations. The removal of the wolf from the wild ecosystem truly starts a domino effect which can be devastating in ecological, economic and emotional terms as good people step in an try to stave off the starvation of creatures which would have been culled by natural means before facing such a slow, horrid demise. Protect the wolf now, or one day it will be too late for people, who already should know better, to wise up.
