With all the zillions of pound profiteering in these big companies world wide why is it that charities are taking responsibility for manmade disasters? The gov't should try doing what it preaches. It's an outrage.

This is a great start, but I also agree that BP should dig deeper in ther pockets and give more to this Gulf Disaster they caused! I do hope more read this and give support. I am only the 130th to read!

Great news that the fines will go towards restoration. BUT how much are those fines, really? I doubt it's anywhere near enough. The fines should be much higher! And then all THAT money go towards restoration.
