Great news that the fines will go towards restoration. BUT how much are those fines, really? I doubt it's anywhere near enough. The fines should be much higher! And then all THAT money go towards restoration.

It is about time the oil refineries anid other oil companies to be responsible for the damage they do to nature. We can not pit them out of bussines for than there won't be any money to restore the damage
