we are grately saddened by the ruling, but often times, all the concerned stakeholders have to be met.

A first time POSSIBLE act? The theory of a wild animal causing the small dog killing is more like it. Although, I suppose the wild animal would have eaten the small dog. This should have been handled differently; contain the large dog and/or contain all small dogs to a fenced yard or house bind them.

I dont believe a organization that cant use a word correctly in its context should be even adding to this the way you did. As greatly would have been the contextual word to use. Grately is not a word period. So for your lack of ability to spell I already doubt you as a organization. Plausible deniability. If it was a person they would have been aquitted, apparently animal rights are still not out there. It's like a white jury hanging a blackman in the 1800's for being in the wrong place,...

No DNA, or evidence of that dog around that other dog is plausible deniability right there. This judge has no judgement, PERIOD. The fact she laughed and smiled says she is unfit as a judge. She took joy in this. She needs to be removed from judicial duties immediatly and evaluated if she is even fit to perform any lawful duties.

@Kitty Knoll Aldrich, it was most likely a coyote that Tony and his housemates scared off by barking. The chihuahua wasn't dead when his human guardian came up to him, so the coyote dropped him. Not only were the puncture wounds very deep, which was physically impossible for Tony because he was missing teeth & the teeth he had were worn down, but he also didn't have a stitch of blood on him. Deep puncture wounds would have caused quite a bit of blood to be spilled on the attacker.

Kitty Knoll Aldrich btw, Coyotes grab their prey & run, consuming it at the very least several hundred feet from where the prey was taken. More often than not, the distance is much more than that, which is why the bodies of companion animals who are taken by coyotes are often never found unless the coyote was forced to drop the animal, as was the case here.

As a personal friend of Tony and his owner, take my word..............the Judge is unqualified for her office and should not be allowed to make life and death decisions for anything or anybody.

I hope that the people in the town where this evil woman reside vote her out of office next election, and I also hope everyone there shuns the neighbor who unfairly accuse Tony in the first place. I heard that Nabor laughed in court and said she was tired of hearing about this case. She absolutely is a piece of human flotsam and should never be allowed to be in any position of power.

I don't know...maybe Tony really killed the little dog but this is only NATURE! There is no such a thing like evil in animals, they act following rules written by Nature, absurd and stupid to judge them as if they were persons. Nonsense to judge at all...years ago the dog of one of my friends killed one of my kittens but I still love her, she's not a bad dog, she is a dog, that's all.

WTF? "I don't know. Maybe Tony Killed Peanut" Maybe Killed him.....Really??
You knew that the dog of your friend killed your kitten...but here, there wasn't any proof.

If there was proof that is one thing, if there isn't any proof...... ????

Rene' Wallace Popelik, what are you saying? That if there were any proof it was right to judge and kill Tony?????

Linda Anderson

Marisa, Tony did NOT kill the chi who died of deep puncture wounds. Tony's teeth were worn down or missing according to a vet. There is no way he could have killed anything.

I emailed Judge Nabor Wed july 25th. She has responded saying I am more then welcome to come look and go over the facts. Does anyone live anywhere near this area, and want to see the documents and her what she has to say? One time I wish I was a local to the story. Thinking she responded as I told her this would be her legacy, and would wipe away any and all the great stuff she might have done as a judge.

Laws need to be established to protect the Pit Bull and Pit Bull mix from being executed for no other reason than their breed. Judge Nabors decision to order the killing of Tony should be investigated.

is anyone taking legal action against this judge? Or the neighbor who perjured herself?

Linda Anderson

They should take legal action against both, and the town should completely shun that lying neighbor. Spit on the ground when she passes by and act like she does not exist. Make her life so miserable she will move.
